We're almost done with the renovations. On Friday we got the carpet put in, we're almost are finished with the trim, and then just a few other odds and end. Tyrell told me that the rest is up to me because he's going to be busy with school and work for the whole week. So I guess if I want to move upstairs this week I better get busy. My only problem is I'm about burnt out and trying to find the motivation to do the tedious finish work. Ready, set, GO!! I'm hoping maybe Wednesday we can move upstairs. Then I told Tyrell I'm putting up the Christmas tree on Saturday while he's gone sledding with the guys. Maybe I should have my own "girl" party, anyone want to come. j/k That does sound like fun though.
We had Elana come over to do our tile and the toilet is in. We ran out of backsplash tile, so we'll still have to put that in and put the mirror up.
The Living room has the trim up now and the tile is done. Tyrell just needs to do the mantle for the fireplace. So other then that, it's pretty much done for now.
We're replacing the sink and faucet. We still need to get a dishwasher and an above the range microwave. I think it's going to look really nice.
The bedrooms finally have carpet, so we just need to put the shelving in the closet and the closet doors up.
As for the stairs, we just need to do the edges and put up the railing.
